Managing Subscriptions

Whether you're subscribed to an auto delivery of your favorite blend, or part of our Tea Of The Month Club, managing subscriptions is as easy as 1-2-Tea.

You can manage all subscriptions by logging into your account HERE. After logging in, click the "Manage Subscriptions" link on the left-hand side.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

After you log into your account using the instructions above, navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab and select the subscription you're looking to change. From there you can pause or cancel any subscriptions.

If you're looking to pause or cancel Tea of The Month Club - you will pause or cancel the next payment cycle, but any pre-paid subscriptions will still be sent. For example, if you pay quarterly, and you cancel after the first month of that quarter, you will still receive the next two months, but it will cancel come the next quarter.

How do I change my payment method?

After you log into your account using the instructions above, navigate to the "Payment Methods" tab and enter your new card information.

My payment failed - what now?

Our system will automatically reattempt charging your card the following evening. It will make three attempts before it cancels the subscription. Make sure to log into your account and check your payment method (using instructions just above).

How do I add products to my subscription?

After you log into your account using the instructions above, navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab and select the "Add Product" button. 

Can I reactivate a subscription?

Yes! After you log into your account using the instructions above, navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab and select the subscription you're looking to reactivate. On the next page, click "reactivate". 

How do I change my subscription address?

Log into your account on our website. Once logged in, click "Manage subscriptions". Tap on the drop-down menu, and choose "shipping addresses". Here you'll be able to change or edit the address your subscription gets delivered to!
