We love cold brew tea in the summer! We love it year-round, too. But cold brew tea’s cool refreshing flavor and no need for ice, makes it the perfect summer libation. Here are some of our absolute favorite ways to party with cold brew!

One of our favorite things about cold brew tea is that you don’t have to dilute the flavor with ice cubes to enjoy a cool, refreshing cup of tea. But, who can resist the mouthwatering clink of ice cubes in a glass?
Here’s the sweet solution: Tice! (Tea Ice Cubes)
How to Make Tice
Prepare your favorite cold brew tea as usual
(Optional, but delicious) Drop a piece of fruit in each ice mold
Carefully, spoon or pour the cold brew into the ice cube tray
Put them in the freezer, and freeze them overnight
When you’re ready to enjoy, pop a few Tice cubes into your cold brew cup with your tea and enjoy that sh*t! No dilution – all delicious! Or try your Tice cubes in a cup of cold sparkling water for a subtle splash of flavor!
Not enough room in your refrigerator for all your cold brew tea blends? We’ve got an answer! Try cold brew tea concentrate.
If you don’t have room for the Big A** Mason Jar (64 ounces), you can brew up a concentrate in the 32oz jar (or smaller). Win Win – you get your cold brew tea, and your refrigerator gets some breathing room.
Prepare your cold brew tea as you normally would, but steep for twice as long. NOTE: steeping tea longer will slightly alter the finished flavor of your tea. It will still be delicious, but practice makes perfect – or in this case, practice makes delicious!
Prepare your cold brew tea with double the tea leaves (a 32oz jar typically needs 12 grams, so double it = 24 grams). And steep for your normal amount of time per package or practice.
Once you’ve steeped your cold brew concentrate you’ll notice a deeper color than usual – that’s good! Now that you have a concentrate stored in your fridge, you can pull it out anytime and add it to cold filtered water! Add concentrate at a One-to-One ratio with your water (and adjust for taste). Drink cold brew tea by the gallon without storing a gallon!
